In order to maintain the front door exterior handle, first of all, take away the trim panel, disconnect the latch actuator rod, and take away the nuts holding the handle. Installation should be completed by positioning the handle out, disconnected the lock rod and relocating the lock cylinder to the new handle and then reversing the un-fitting process.
