How to Service and Repair the EGR Valve System Module on 2004 Ford Crown Victoria?

One must start EGR system module service and repair by removing the appearance cover and vacuum lines and electrical connector. The cables connecting to the intake manifold shield need detaching first before removing the securing bolts of the shield. Unscrew the EGR system module tube nut which leads to EGR system module removal before taking out its bolts and the module itself. To install a new EGR system module gasket along with the reversed removal steps should be followed.
