How to Service and Repair a Fuel Level Sensor in a Fuel Pump Module on 2005 Lincoln Town Car?

In order to service the fuel level sensor; loosen the fuel tank and unscrew the connector of the pressure transducer. Wipe the area surrounding the fuel pump, loosen the bolts and dispose the mounting gasket. Install a new gasket, tighten the bolts in a star shape, and attach the pressure transducer again and then re-install the tank.
