How to service the radiator on Ford Crown Victoria?

To replace the radiator drain engine cooling system, then take away the fan set up and radiator sight cover. Unbolt the support brackets, A/C condenser and the transmission oil cooler. Detach the upper and lower radiator hoses. Installation is in reverse and replace hose clamps with worm-style clamps.

To service the radiator, put off power to the fire suppression system when available. Take out the cooling fan motor, shroud and radiator sight shield. Unplug the lower hose, and unbolt the radiator brackets. Be careful and transfer the A/C condenser and power steering cooler then strip off radiator. Switch out hose clamps and repeat the installation.
