How to service and repair the upper intake manifold on Lincoln Aviator?

In order to service the upper intake manifold, loosen the battery, empty the cooling system, and take the air cleaner outlet pipe and EGR module out. Perform the order of removing illustrated in the diagram. To install, reverse the process, but make sure that at location 5 and 9, the studs are used and that the tightening is done to 10 Nm.
