How to service and repair the oil pan, oil pump, oil pump screen, and pickup tube on Lincoln Aviator?

In order to service the oil pan and pump, the vehicle should be started in neutral and the oil emptied. Incase of necessity, remove the stabilizer bar and engine cover. Clean using a plastic scraper. Fit the oil pump lubricated with O-ring. Place silicone sealant on the gasket and tighten the oil pan bolts in turn.
