First, unscrew the A/C expansion valve fitting nut and remove the fitting, discarding its gasket seals. After putting everything back, you must fasten the fitting at 15 Nm (11 lb-ft) torque. Unscrew the two A/C expansion valve bolts and carefully take out the valve, discarding its sealing gaskets. Reassemble the system by reversing the installation process. Use fresh gasket seals and fill the refrigerant system with the needed amount of clean PAG oil. Afterward, charge the system with refrigerant while checking for any leaks.
