How to Service the Dome Light/Map Lamp on Mercury Grand Marquis?

To work on the dome/map lamp; begin by carefully removing the lens of the dome lamp. Next, unscrew the three screws that are attached to the assembly and remove the dome/map lamp assembly. Unplug the electric connector. Removal To reinstall, reverse the steps of removal.

How to service the Dome Light on Mercury Mariner?

First, the two screws would be removed by opening the overhead console storage door in order to service the dome lamp. Then remove the overhead console and take it off the retainer on the headliner, and unplug the electrical connection. Installation is as easy as reversing these steps.
