One should start accumulator HVAC servicing by removing the radiator upper sight shield. We should carry out the Refrigerant Discharging and Recovery Procedure. The first step is to remove screws from the windshield washer fluid reservoir filler which makes way for removal of the right-hand fender support brace following screw removal. The power steering fluid reservoir needs repositioning after screwholes removal before taking out the air suspension air compressor and drier assembly while referencing the Electronic Level Control document. Disconnect the A/C cycling switch electrical connector while detaching the suction accumulator/drier spring lock coupling from the evaporator to compressor suction line then separate the wrap-around clip screw from this same line. Start by taking out the degas bottle screw and nut before extracting both nuts from A/C hose support bracket and A/C accumulator tube support clip. Screw loosening will lift the suction accumulator/drier out from its A/C accumulator bracket position while removal of the evaporator to accumulator tube spring lock coupling from the suction accumulator/drier must be completed before removing the A/C cycling switch. A proper installation requires the reversal of uninstallation steps while using PAG compressor oil or YN-12c and F7AZ-19589-DA or WSH-M1C231-B equivalent lubricants to meet Ford specifications and applying similar PAG compressor oil to the O-ring seal.

Remove the screws to take out the RH fender support brace.
