First disconnect the clip from rear disc brake caliper before removing the parking brake rear cable and conduit from the parking brake lever. After disconnecting the rear disc brake caliper you should remove the parking brake rear cable and conduit from it. Reverse the uninstallation instructions while setting the cable tension appropriately.
