    Begin service and repair of the condenser core by securing the vehicle on a hoist while placing the gear selector at NEUTRAL. Remove the lower deflector of the radiator while recovering the refrigerant. The condenser core receives its refrigerant lines disconnected while O-ring seals need disposition. A transmission jack or equal device should support the radiator crossmember before removing the four lower radiator support bolts. The installation process begins by unclipping the condenser pin followed by moving the condenser core to the side before removing it. Reverse the removal method during installation with new O-ring seals which need cleaning mineral oil before use. The refrigerant system requires correct lubrication with clean PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil F7AZ-19589-DA (Motorcraft YN-12-C) or equivalent product meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B. Evacuation and leak testing along with system charging require the use of F73Z-19577-AA (Motorcraft YN-9-A) mineral oil as a refrigerant system O-ring seal lubricant but not as an A/C compressor lubricant.
