Connect the water heater clamp before joining the water bypass tube and its two retaining clamps. The tensioner requires clockwise rotation to install the accessory drive belt which later needs final tightening. The last step includes reattaching the fan shroud after filling the cooling system while you start the engine to inspect for leakages.
