Service of the 60 percent rear seat backrest cover starts by removing both the 60 percent seat and cushion. Start by releasing the backrest trim cover J-clip from the armrest pocket of the backrest frame before inverting the cover over the frame to remove it together with the backrest foam pad. Approach the backrest trim cover hook-and-loop separation carefully since this process could damage the hook-and-loop from the foam pad. Reverse the backrest trim cover and pull out the wire from its clips by detaching the foam pad clips before removing the cover and routing the safety belt retractor belt and buckle. Reverse the installation procedure by testing the restraint system function in addition to checking that the safety belt retractor works without resistance and binds properly and maintaining LATCH accessibility for occupants.
