Throttle Cable

Start throttle cable and linkage maintenance by detaching the accelerator cable from its points on the throttle control lever and accelerator cable bracket. Begin by detaching the throttle control lever end from the accelerator cable followed by removing the accelerator cable single from the accelerator cable bracket then set the cable aside. The (A) bolts will need removal to lower down both (B) accelerator pedal and shaft after removing their retaining clips. You should detach the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal and shaft by gripping the cable end locking grommet tabs then you can take out the accelerator pedal and shaft. The installation requires users to squeeze the accelerator cable lock tabs followed by cable extraction from the bulkhead. To install the system follow the removal steps in reverse direction along with accelerator cable adjustment when necessary.

Disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal and shaft by squeezing the cable end locking grommet tabs and pulling the accelerator cable out.
