How to service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley on 2000 Ford Expedition?

In order to service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, remove the engine cooling fan, fan shroud and drive belt. lift the crankshaft pulley with a Crankshaft Damper Remover. Add sealant, fit the pulley and tighten the bolt in steps. Lastly, rejoin drive belt and cooling elements.
