How to service the front shock absorbers on F-250 and F-350 on 2000 Ford F-350 Super Duty?

In order to service front shock absorbers in F-250 and F-350, the hood must be raised and an upper retaining nut and an insulator should be removed. Manually stabilize the car, loosen the bottom retaining nut and shock. Change the suspension fasteners to similar components and follow the torque values when re-assembling. Install new fittings.
