How to Service and Repair the Front Drive Shaft on 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac?

In order to service the front driveshaft, lift up the vehicle and index-mark parts. Wipe the skid plate off, first unscrew the driveshaft to the transfer case, and tape bearing cups. The joint of the CV is not repairable. Install with new bolts or Threadlock where none is available, attach the driveshaft to the axle first.
