Before extracting the evaporator core, perform a leak test when there are suspicions of leakage. The work begins by taking out both suction accumulator/drier alongside removing the connecting nuts to set the vapor management valve and bracket into position. The installation and removal of the condenser to evaporator tube from the A/C evaporator core demands proper execution of spring lock coupling connection methods. You must detach the screws that hold both the suction accumulator bracket and the evaporator core housing support bracket in place. The evaporator core becomes accessible after the cover is detached by removing the screws and releasing the retaining tabs and then taking out the 11 screws.
