To service suction accumulator, disconnect battery and perform refrigerant recovery; remove junction block shield, disconnect cables and bracket; disconnect A/C cycling switch connector and manifold/tube spring-lock; remove bracket clamp bolt and accumulator spring-lock from evaporator core; remove accumulator and switch. Reverse steps and add PAG oil per Ford spec.
