How to service the front Power Window Motor on 2002 Ford F-150?

Service of the front door window motor starts by lifting the glass to maximum height and taking out the trim panel from the front door. Drilling holes with a 19 mm (3/4-in) hole saw and an 8 mm (1/4-in) pilot at existing drill dimples must be done when the watershield is placed to the side and the electrical connector moved out of the way. Disengage the electrical connector on the front door window regulator and take out the bolts along with the front door window regulator motor. To assemble the system start by following steps in reverse and operate the window glass until the gears fully lock into place.
