You should remove the wiper motor outer cover by pulling it straight out while releasing the pin-type retainers from the inside trim cover. You need to disconnect the motor connector before cutting and removing the plastic strap after that you should remove the retaining nut to take out the rear window wiper motor assembly completely. You can install the components by following the steps in reverse order to the uninstallation process.
