How to service and repair the Throttle Position Sensor on 2002 Ford Thunderbird?

To service Throttle Position Sensor, disconnect Throttle Position Sensor electrical connector and remove Idle Air Control valve. Uninstall the screws, unscrew the sensor and use new screws. Lastly, use throttle lever to toggle to Wide Open Throttle so it can be smoothly re-established.
