How to service the wiper arm on 2002 Ford Thunderbird?

In order to service the wiper arm, take off the nut cover and nut and remove the pivot arm. To install, turn the wipers, and also connect the wiper blade and pivot arm onto the pivot shaft, making sure the blade is facing the silver dots. Lastly, screw the nuts back on and put the covers back on.
