Use a block to extract the piston while you remove them all then discard piston seals together with boots. The cylinder bores should not be honed because pistons do not exist for these bore types but replacement of the entire caliper becomes necessary if excessive scoring or corrosion occurs. The assembly process requires freshly installed piston seals and dust boots which must never be reused. Also skip the use of brake fluid that drained from its container or remained exposed. The piston boot along with the caliper piston must receive lubrication using either High Performance DOT 3 Brake Fluid C6AZ-19542-AB or an equivalent solution that matches Ford specification ESA-M6C25-A.(Guidance from Bulletin 11R21-001C) Put the caliper piston into the cylinder bore slowly without applying force and finish by installing the disc brake caliper.
