The battery cables need disconnection and battery heat shield removal during the service of 4x2 vehicles. Disconnect the electrical components then remove the screws which retain the windshield washer reservoir on all vehicles. A container should be used to collect windshield washer fluid during the windshield washer hoses disconnecting process. After hose disconnection proceed to remove the windshield washer reservoir along with the windshield washer pump provided needed.
