How to service and repair the oil cooler on 2004 Ford E-150?

In order to service the oil cooler, raise the vehicle, empty the cooling system and the oil, and remove coolant hoses. Take off the oil filter and cooler, wipe them off and inspect them against metal particles. If found, replace the cooler. Install parts, reconnect hoses and fill the engine with oil and coolant.
