A user should depress the locking tab on the speed control actuator cable cap before rotating it to remove it. This action should be followed by disconnecting the cable from the speed control servo pulley after gently pushing the retaining spring and removing the cable slug. First disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speed control servo by taking off the nuts followed by separating it from the bracket through screw removal.
