How to Service and Repair the Fuel Filler Hose on 2004 Lincoln Town Car?

In order to fix the fuel tank filler pipe, be safe by not using flames and pressure of fuel. Take out the battery, empty the tank and take out the left rear wheel. Very cautiously remove the filler pipe, lubricate it and re-fit. Fix all things, reconnect hoses, and have everything strapped in place.
