How to Service and Repair the Air Filter Element on 2005 Ford Crown Victoria?

In order to service the air cleaner element, disconnect the battery ground cable and MAF sensor connector. Push the air cleaner lid clips, and pull up the lid, removing the element. To install, do the same thing in reverse, making sure that all the hinge features are completely involved in the reinstallation process.
