Bolts must be removed first to move the fender apron afterward before the end bolt can be extracted. First detach the screws followed by the pin-type retainer before moving the cowl top cover to reach the duct nut. Beginning with the removal of the first nut is followed by extraction of subsequent nuts accompanied by moving the harness cover out of the way prior to taking out the third nut.
