How to service and repair the front radiator support upper body support on 2005 Ford Excursion?

You need to start the repair process of the front radiator support upper body support by taking off the front radiator support lower mount from an unserviceable front radiator support upper mount. Do not remove the opposite front radiator lower mount bolt but loosen it together with its nut at this moment in time. You should eliminate the previous bolt and nut during installation so you can use fresh components for replacement. The installation requires that you skip the 12 body mount bolts but they need to be loosened at this time. Keep these bolts until assembly to change them with new ones. Before beginning the cab height adjustment all body mount support bolts must be left unfastened to stop lasting damage to vehicle structure. Raising and supporting the vehicle body sufficiently enables the removal of the unserviceable upper mount and the insulator. Installation of the body insulator requires no lubricant use on its surface. To finish the installation follow the reversal of all removal procedures.
