How to Service the Rear Crossmember on 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac?

In order to service the rear cross-member, one needs to raise the car then loosen the transmission insulator nuts but not to remove them. Prop the transmission, and then take out the six crossmember bolts and crossmember. Reassemble by putting Threadlock 262 E2FZ-19554-B on the mounting bolts and then reversing the steps of taking them off.
