How to service the wiper arm pivot on 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac?

To service the wiper pivot arm, first lift the wipers pivot arm assembly and remove it. Next, bend in the retainer tab and push the arm down into the tab and completely disorient it. To install, just turn these steps in reverse to put the wiper pivot arm back in place.
