How to service the power Mirror Actuator on 2006 Ford Freestar?

The power mirror motor may be repaired by first removing the exterior rear view mirror glass. Next, take out the four screws securing the exterior motor in the mirror. Then disconnect the electrical connector. Normally, all one needs to do to complete the installation is to reverse the steps of removal.
