How to service and repair the front fender on 2006 Lincoln Navigator?

The front fender of the Navigator requires service and repair starting with the lower fender moulding being removed or the running board bolts. Then, take off the splash shield screws of the front fender and fender-bumper cover bolts. Next,take out the headlight and the front fender bolts. Lastly, undo the uninstallation process so as to complete the installation.
