Install the vehicle in neutral gear on a hoist prior to taking out the 2 lower radiator air deflector-to-radiator support bolts that need to be tightened to 4 Nm (35 lb-in) when reinstalling. The service begins with removing the 8 lower radiator air deflector bolts along with the air deflectors before tightening them to 4 Nm (35 lb-in) torque during the installation process. The installation process requires us to tighten the 3 bumper cover-to-fender nuts on each side to 7 Nm (62 lb-in). Users must detach the electrical connectors whenever their vehicle comes with fog lamps installed. First remove the two screws that secure the front bumper cover at its sides before uninstalling the two screws attaching it to the vertical shields. Install both screws with a torque of 4 Nm (35 lb-in). Start by placing the bumper cover sides in an outward direction before using your fingers to depress the two retaining tabs and take off the front cover. The installation of the bumper cover requires performing the opposite steps used during removal.
