How to Service the Exhaust Manifold to EGR Tube on 2006 Lincoln Zephyr?

In order to service the EGR valve tube, raise the vehicle on the transmission in neutral. Unscrew the underbody cover screws, unscrew the EGR tube fitting of the valve and the manifold, tighten each of the two to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft) tightening on reinstallation. Install the tube by inverting the steps.
