How to service the power mirror actuator on 2006 Lincoln Zephyr?

Either to remove the power mirror motor, or to service it, remove the rear view mirror glass and the center screw. Take a flat-blade screwdriver and unscrew the motor on the clips, and pull it out of the bracket. Unplug the electrical connector, and use the same procedure to install.
