Take steering gear out; label pinion and housing with marks to fit; hold in a soft-jaw vise. Unscrew jam nut; take off outer tie-rod; insert until 75 Nm (55 ftlb). Take off four clamps, both bellows boots, right inner tie-rod. Lock piston shaft; fit inner tie-rod to 95 Nm (70 ft-lb); reverse.
