How to service the Vehicle Speed Sensor on the Turbine Shaft on 2006 Mercury Monterey?

Service of the Turbine Shaft Speed (TSS) Sensor requires a vehicle position in NEUTRAL gear on a hoist. Commence the operation by removing the wheel together with the left-hand front tire from the front of the vehicle. First disconnect the TSS connector and remove the sensor bolt which aims at the TSS sensor. Remove the sensor from its position. Position the TSS sensor as before and fasten it with the bolt which needs to be tightened to 11 Nm (8 ft. lbs.).
