How to Service the Crankshaft Position Sensor on 2008 Ford Taurus X?

To service the CKP sensor make sure that the vehicle is in neutral on a hoist. Take off the LH catalyst converter, heat shield and grommet cover. Unscrew the connector of CKP sensor and take away the bolt and sensor. Installation Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in) and undo the steps of removal.
