How to service the power-fold seat motor for the rear seat on 2008 Lincoln MKX?

Removal of the 40% or 60% affected seat is necessary in order to service the rear power-fold seat motor. Take away two screws that are used to fix the outboard lower side shield. To remove the motor, unscrew two screws of the motor, slide cable housing out of the recliner, aligning tab to lever slot and unconnect. Install by reversing steps.
