The first step involves disconnecting the condenser inlet fitting while removing its fitting nut along with both seal components such as O-ring and gasket seal. During the reinstallation process tighten the fitting to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). Launch the service by disconnecting the compressor discharge fitting electrical connector, removing the fitting nut and fitting until installation. Replace the seals and discard the O-ring and gasket seals while tightening the fitting to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft). Follow the opposite procedure for installing the new discharge line by utilizing new gasket seals and O-ring seals while adding exact amounts of clean PAG oil for lubrication. The process ends with evacuating then leak testing followed by charging the refrigerant system.
