How to remove and replace the Engine Control Module (PCM) for all on 2008 Mercury Mountaineer?

In order to change the Engine Control Module (PCM), the module configuration must be retrieved initially. To 4.6L (3V) engines, take off the air cleaner, disconnect the RH front wheel speed sensor and take off the PCM. Install the PCM, looseness of bolts and reconnect the components and the module configuration and PATS settings.
