How to service and repair the intake air duct on 2009 Ford Expedition?

To maintain the intake air duct, take off the bolts holding the engine appearance cover. Unscrew clamps on Air Cleaner outlet pipe and take it off. Make sure that the outlet pipe is sealed and aligned and the clamps tightened. Last, change the look cover of the engine and fasten it.
