How to service the Wiper Pivot and mounting arm on 2009 Ford Flex?

To maintain the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft, the cowl panel grille, wiper arm, and the pivot shaft are removed by removing three bolts (tighten them to 18 Nm when fitting them). Unscrew the electric connector and wire harness connector. Reversal of installation process, and correcting the wiper arms when necessary.
