How to service the front Wheelhouse liner on 2009 Lincoln MKS?

The front fender liner is serviced by removing the front wheel and tire, the three fender splash shield screws and the scrivets (ten on the left or thirteen on the right) removed. Once you have removed the fender splash shield put it back in the same order.
