How to service the air filter element on 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis?

In order to service the air filter, you have to release the clipping that hold the cover and then unring it to take out the filter. To install, change the filter, make sure all the hinge features are properly engaged between the cover and tray after servicing and hold the cover together by installing the retaining clips again.
