How to service the front fender on Ford E-150?

Service of the front fender starts with removing the radiator grille opening panel reinforcement. The splash shield requires removal by first loosening threads from screws situated at the bottom of the front fender. The fender-to-cowl side bracket bolts need removal together with the lower fender bolt and its associated shims when service the lower rear portion of the fender. Reinstall these components with a torque of 11 Nm (8 lb-ft). To begin you must untighten the screws holding the front fender-to-radiator support along with the two front fender-to-front end stone deflector screws then tighten these screws to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft) during installation. To detach the front fender one must start by removing front fender-to-upper apron screws and finally taking off the front fender before reinstalling it by following the removal steps and tightening all screws to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft).
