How to Safely and Effectively Service the Yaw Sensor on Ford Escape?

To service the yaw rate sensor, put on wear insulated safety gloves and check for damage. Unplug the battery ground cable, disassemble the floor console and make sure that the electrical connector is facing the passenger seat. Take the sensor cluster off and put it back on, but make sure you screw in the bolts to 10 Nm and then do the reverse.
